Ok Bazzi Terms & Conditions – Complete Usage Policy

Ok bazzi (okbazzi.net) is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform licensed and regulated by Curaçao eGaming. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between ok bazzi and its members.

Registration Eligibility

KYC (Identity Verification) Process

All members must complete identity verification (Know Your Customer) before making their first withdrawal on ok bazzi.

• Clear photos or scanned copies of both sides of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• A selfie holding your ID so that both your face and the document are clearly visible.
• The name on the payment method used (bKash, Nagad, etc.) must match the name registered on the account.

Deposit

• Minimum Deposit Amount: ৳100
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer.
• Deposits are usually credited to your wallet instantly.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled.
• Where the cash-out feature is available, members may settle their bet early.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the full stake will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, ok bazzi reserves the right to void the affected bets.

Maximum Bet Limit

• Maximum payout per single bet: ৳50,00,000
• Each match market may have its own maximum bet limit.
• Ok bazzi reserves the right to lower the maximum limits under special circumstances.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ok bazzi. Violations will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or engaging in bonus arbitrage.
• Match Fixing: Attempting to influence the outcome of any event through illegal means, or placing bets using insider information.
• Money Laundering: Attempting to launder money through ok bazzi's payment system.
• Automation: Using bots, scripts, or any automated method to place bets or play games.
• False Information: Providing false identity or age details during registration.
• Chargeback: Filing a fraudulent chargeback with a payment provider after making a deposit.

Ok bazzi believes gaming should be a form of entertainment. That's why we help members stay in control of their play.

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Bet Limits: Set a maximum stake limit per single bet.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account for 30 days, 6 months, or 1 year.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Reality Check: Set pop-up notifications to appear after a specified period of time.

Any disputes with ok bazzi will be resolved through the following process.

1. First, submit a complaint via ok bazzi's live chat or by email at support@okbazzi.net.
2. Ok bazzi will provide an initial response within 7 business days of receiving a complaint.
3. Complex cases may take up to 30 business days to resolve fully.
4. If you are not satisfied with ok bazzi's resolution, you may appeal to the Curaçao eGaming authority.

Ok bazzi reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. When changes are made:

• The "Last Updated" date at the top of the page will be revised accordingly.
• Notifications will be sent to your registered email address for any significant changes.
• Updated terms take effect 7 days after they are published.
• Continued use of ok bazzi after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
